I'm Kristian Todorov

I am currently in my third and final year as a student in the Music and Sound (BA) course at London South Bank University (LSBU). I have participated in team projects where I was tasked with creating background theme songs and sound effects for specific characters. I have also helped my grandfather with his projects, as he is also a musician. I personally only work with FL Studio, which I am most familiar with out of every other DAW; however, I have started to engage in working with other DAWs. Including Ableton Live 12, and Avid Pro Tools.

Audio Engineering

Being responsible for capturing, mixing, and reproducing sound by using electronic audio equipment.

Attention To Detail

Meticulous attention to detail allows music producers to create higher quality tracks while maintaining a more efficient workflow.

Team Player

A musical team player prioritizes collective cohesion and ensemble success over individual virtuosity.

Precision

Rhythmic precision is the timing accuracy essential for a cohesive musical performance. Either live or in a studio.

Although I have more work experience in the construction industry throughout multiple job roles. I have still gained multiple skills which are particularly fluent in most job industries which is a very unique pro to archieve.

Captain Toots

This was a project that I had to partake in for one of my modules at university. We was paired in teams that contained of students from different (BA) degrees, such as Photography, Music and Sound, and Game Design. As a team we decided for our brief to be for us to create a game. Me being the only Music and Sound student in my team was definetly going to be a challenge. Nonetheless my main tasks were to produce a background theme song that will be played throughout the different levels of the game and a theme song for the loading screen which is more layed back and crisp. I also decided to create different sound effects for all of the hostiles that would chase the player around the map in. That being when they use their powers and when they get killed, which really impressed my team members .

Sweetbread Project

I deciced to partake in helping my grandfather with releasing one of his songs that he has recorded with his old band on social platforms. I was tasked with ensuring that the audio is delivered with a clean yet nostalgic vibe. I then decided to produce a video which would be later added on to the audio file with the same style and aesthetic which all turned out great. And yes, that is my grandfather with one of the members from his band.

EP In The Works

The brief that I have picked for one of my modules in my final year is to produce an EP which will contain 3-5 tracks. We was also tasked to create a presentation representing the summary of my proposed work, the demonstration of research into as such related artists and technical processes. Although this may only be for a module, I personally want to challenge myself to create this EP to the best of my abilities with the research and personal study that i have, and to publish it on social platforms. I already have the name and EP cover sorted out, however the final product will be determined in the near future.
